1. Working on DIYguru course videos on course-related elements as guided.
2. Editing recorded course videos and creating graphical animations(basics for now) along with sprites\GIFs for animation representations.

2. Role – Content Writer (Research)

Skills applicant for this role must know pre-hand:

  1. Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, specifically to Automotives & Aerospace
  2. Generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication
  3. If you’re familiar with producing online content and have an eye for cars and electric vehicle segment, we’d like to meet you.
  4. Previous samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Working on DIYguru course related elements as guided.
2. Performing daily research on instructed topics and segregating relevant materials
3. Design marketing material themes when required

4. Create a layout for content for social media page
5. Work on suggesting inputs for our upcoming projects in terms of content requirement
6. Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
7. Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
8. Submit work to editors for input and approval
9. Moderating DIYguru forum 
10. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
11. Recommend new topics & Update website content as needed

3. Role – Digital Marketing Manager

If you keep your knowledge around digital marketing and have run campaigns ranging from one hour’s time to 1 week or a month longer, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for our organization.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Strategizing digital marketing campaigns and display advertising – Affiliates & Alliances
  • Planning Social media marketing including web, SEO/SEM & email marketing.
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Build reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Expectations with this job applicants?

You need to have a strong experience in current marketing tools and strategies for building strategies and reports. You should be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from developing a concept to full-fledged execution. You, as a Digital marketer will work with other team members to ensure full support for their projects (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


  • Previous experience in marketing or a related field to justice your expertise
  • Graduates from other fields can also apply if having mentioned skills
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing with previous experience in the field
  • Demonstrable experience leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative thinker with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the project team
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
